[History]

Up until 1893 Pelsan was thought to have been an isolate, until Armenian linguist Vardan Mesropshian discovered tiny pockets of languages mutually unintelligible with Pelsan thought to have been dialects, specifically Ghudhuz, Qudz, Pilsi, Qoudze, and Arghlets. In and of itself, the language has been historically influenced by Armenian Kabardian Turkish and Georgian, granted a lot of loanwords from all three have been superseded by borrowings from Ghudhuz, as it's close enough to hypothetical native terms, or sometimes the opposite, like before the 1958 linguistic reform, Ճարմընդա (Čarmënda "buckle", from Armenian Ճարմանդ) was superseded by Երընգա (Erëŋa) (from Ghudhuz Erëŋå lit "to secure[instrumental]"), while Տառ (Tař, "letter" from Armenian Տառ) stayed but was respelled to reflect its pronunciation, as previously it was spelled identically to The Armenian term.

[Dialects]

Dialects (Pelsan: Bzȩrčahar, singular: Bzȩrčah. From Kabardian Бзэ "language" + Pelsan Ȩrčah "near separate", lit. "near separate language") are more or so general categories of a similar macro categories divided into sub dialects like west central Northern southern & eastern and the many other specific sub varieties

- /j/ was standardized to consistently be spelled as Յ, that becoming its own we use, as /h/ became consistently respelled to Հ .
և started seeing more frequent usage only being used in the shorthand 'ևդ' for the word եվեդ /eved/ "through" as a shorthand.
The diphthongs were spelled as Այ Էյ Ոյ Աու Օու

During 1928, there was a final spelling reform where Էօ & Իւ were respelled to Ո̈ & Ո̈ւ , and the diagraph Նգ, as well as the other diagraphs were finally alphabetized, Ու & Ո̈ւ between Ց & Փ, Նգ after Ն, Ւ stopped being alphabetized, granted it would still be taught as a letter, և also finally got cut after paper became more accessible

I use my phone so I have an IPA keyboard, or if you're referring to the letters in the Armenian script for them they are made by using combining diacritics and the way I type them easily is by shortcuts Ո″ (o″) for Ո̈ (ö) & Ւ″ (w″) for Ո̈ւ (ü), I frankly have no idea why I made a shortcut for Ո̈ւ (ü)
